Yummy Greek themed omelet this morning. 

Egg “product” aka egg beaters lol, egg whites, onion powder, garlic powder, olive oil, spinach, black olives, feta cheese, and a little ketchup with a side of strawberries 😊 

Can’t wait to chow down!!

This is what I ate for dinner (+ curcuma pasta, I have my routine you know, #aspieoldhabbits :-) :
1/2 avocado, 1/2 cucumber, 1 tomato, lemon juice, spinach, letuce, oranges. I added cider vinegar, vgtb. oil, pepper and parsley. This was the first time I mixed ingredients with oranges. Well, guess what ? THAT WAS THE MOST DELICIOUS MEAL EVER !

You should really try this one, don’t forget to drink water, not diet coke P.l.e.a.s.e ! You will feel so “fresh” and relaxed. Now I’m about to do 10 minutes Yoga stretch for digestion then sage herbal tea for anxiety and good night sleep.
